With six barrels of Cabernet Sauvignon and 1 barrel of Malbec - the first from our grafted vines, this project wine was fun to craft: whole berry and wild ferment, bottled after 3 months in aged oak, this wine is an early drinking red with low tanins. With the Malbec nose of blackberry and red plum, this is great to drink slightly chilled in summer.

This Cane Cut Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is chockfull of flavour, from the initial tropical banana esters, to poached pears, beeswax and some toast development. The oak has contribute a lovely spicy exotic cardamom and five spice aroma. A wine of excellent length to enjoy with a cheese platter instead of dessert.
